

I believe that Yoga is for everyone. Through a series of poses and breathing exercises, Yoga will enable students to change their lives, while increasing stamina and self-esteem.
The mantra for my classes is “ahimsa”, do no harm. Whatever the student is able to do, he/she will reap the benefits of yoga. I enjoy teaching students new to yoga, leading them on the journey toward feeling better about themselves, and the experienced Yogis who want to deepen their practice.
