Sessions for groups in your home or office. The class will be geared to the level of the participants.

Personalized sessions to help beginners develop an understanding of movement and philosophy, or for those individuals who would like to deepen their practice.

Bring Yoga into the office either during the day (usually at lunch) or at special corporate team-building seminars or retreats.

A fun and different way to celebrate your special occasion, whether it be a birthday, wedding, baby shower or just getting a group of friends together for an afternoon or evening of exercise and relaxation. The practice will be geared to the host or hostess preferences.

Available for a special person in your life who would enjoy deepening his/her practice or discovering a new way to relax.

Any of the above services are available to be auctioned at your special event or fundraiser. All proceeds will go to the sponsoring charity.
